Who are we
ANTAB is a no-profit association that is willing to spread agro-alimentary heritagc, a cultural product of out own land, in Italy and abroad.

Association
ANTAB with its headquartes in Carpi, Modena, has among its members quality professionals, academics, entrepencurs, consumers' associations representatives, private and public right corporations, cooperatives, which, availing themsclves of their own experience, contribute to the diffusion of a legality culture in the country, against frauds and counterfeitings, in order to get back the "taste" and the "peculiarity".

Scopes
In persuing statutory aims ANTAB is canying out a policy of protection and enhancing of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, (DPR 12/2/1965, N° 162, MD 3/12/65), as the highest expression of agricultural and gastronomic tradition, protecting quality at every stage of the production process.
